All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free shipping is included with all domestic orders. Orders will be shipped via 2-day air for all available locations.
We currently only service customers in the United States and do not offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Detailed order information (including the shipping tracking number) will be available within the Wellara app.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Since custom nutrition products are manufactured specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon receipt. In the case of damaged product, refunds may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus the shipping costs for the return.
